Visiting Cambodia / Siem Reap and staying at the Urban Treeline resort proved to be a delightful experience experience. Even by the high Cambodian standards of hospitality, the staff were amazingly nice and friendly. The spa is addicting with highly trained and courteous staff. The breakfast is terrific and they packed us breakfast for an early morning start. The whole place is so aesthetically and artistically decorated. Can’t praise or recommend this hotel enough!

Enjoyed 5 nights here. First three nights a bit crowded with large tour group, but after they left I enjoyed the tranquility of the location. Hotel staff all amazing, especially the front desk. On site cafe Brown, and restaurant Romiet were delicious and convenient. Will definitely return next time.

Beautiful hotel with a lovely atmosphere. Welcome was friendly and easy. Room was perfect, nice large room with a really comfy bed. Great shower and lovely towels and dressing gown. Wonderful hotel in the heart of the town. Our room was an Executive Suite which was very large with bedroom and living area both beautifully appointed. We really enjoyed the pool especially after touring the town and temples. The food poolside was the best we had in Siem Reap. Staff were incredibly kind and helpful.
