Very basic hotel. In a convenient neighbourhood. Owner and daytime staff are nice and very helpful. Good place if you only want a place to crash and sleep after a long day at the temples.

What a little gem in Siem Reap. The staff packed me my breakfast so I could eat it dawn at Angkor Wat. I also had a late flight and Sam let me stay until 1400 in my room. I will rebook when I come back with my wife.

Service desk is great. Hey contact you before arrival to arrange the pick up. They help you to arrange visit to Angkor, just make sure you tell which temples you want to visit because price may change. You can get a small breakfast but do not expect big portions. Overall it's ok.

Angenehmes Wohnen in ruhiger Lage

Economical hotel in Siem Reap

The owners of the hotel are some of the nicest people you will meet. The rooms are large. My room had only a fan for cooling. Very economical. Essentially priced like a hostel. Nice small breakfast in the morning. The wifi was down roughly 20% of the time I was there. Not sure if this was a problem of the hotel or utility. Short walk to the Pub St activity area of town.

Nice family operation

Staff were very pleasant and helpful. The guesthouse is generally well maintained and clean. The main downside for us was the bathroom that allows shower water to splash everywhere and the A/C was feeble in the March summer heat/humidity. Breakfast choice is very limited and not much of it.

Staff are great and location good but time for an update for the building. Lack of ceiling fans and poor ventilation makes for musty smelling rooms.
