First impressions from staff were superb. Kimpan and all staff were very welcoming from arranging airport transfer to booking tours and general questions. There are daily afternoon tea/snacks in the lobby and evening desserts that all add a nice touch. Gym is minimal with one bench and two sets of light weights. The hotel is also located next to a supermarket, across from the Angkor Museum, and within walking distance from Pub Street. Thank you Sala and your amazing staff! I extended my stay in SR with a huge part thanks to the hotel.

We wanted to be close to Chinatown, and Else was exactly what we were looking for - cool, chic, comfortable, and convenient. The pool was adequate for laps. Gym was sparse but usable. The room was definitely a highlight - spacious but cozy, if that makes sense. The breakfast options were alright, but they tasted quite good. We had drinks at the Yellowfin, which were pretty good too.

A very welcoming personal hotel. Front of house staff welcomed us back from hot outings with welcome drink and moist cool towel. Pool was lovely , it does have a bar at the pool at 4 pm with happy hour . Hotel had its own tuk tuk . $2.00 into town or back Very helpful with tour guides if needed Breakfast had a nice mix of Asian and Western foods. No buffet, you select from the menu but you can choose as many items as you like We had booked a nice room with balcony but were upgraded to a large room on ground floor right in front of the pool . Very helpful , interested in our welfare and great umbrellas to borrow .

We had a great stay for 3 nights at the Sala. Reception was fantastic, especially Ms Kim, who remembered our names after only meeting us once. We enjoyed the room and the decor of the hotel. It’s only a 5min, $2 tuk-tuk to Pub Street, and there are always a few waiting near the hotel. It was super convenient to get around. There is a huge market/grocery right next door with a wide variety of foods and goods. Breakfast was fine, nothing you’ll remember, but the made-to-order coffee was fantastic, especially the latte and cappuccino. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again. Great place!

Lovely hotel

Fabulous stay staff amazing cant do enough for you. Hotel in great location for pub street and Angkor Wat and food in the restaurant was delicious definitely eat there!

Friendly staff and a beautiful hotell

The warm and personal welcome we received from Monita and the rest offer the staff was outstanding. They were so professional and friendly. They were service minded and made us feel comfortable and welcome. We can warmly recommend you to stay at Sala Hotel Siem Reap. It is not down town but a short ride in the tuk tuk for only 2$ will take you there in just a couple of minutes.
