Nice staff, comfortable room for the price and great location to and from center. Easy to park a moto, order rides, and the receptionist is super helpful! The staff do a nice job on the room, giving fresh drinking water and tea/coffee refills. They include breakfast as well.

This place is amazing! The staff is so sweet and caring. The food is delicious. We had breakfast and two dinners there and it was all very tasty. The salt water pool was my favorite. It was beautiful and refreshing. The whole facility is extremely clean. The only thing I didn't like was that it was a bit isolated. We had to hire a tuk tuk driver to go anywhere. There's nothing walkable nearby, so we treated the hotel like a resort oasis and just thoroughly enjoyed the peace and relaxation there. I would highly recommend it!

The staff wherever pleasant and helpful. The pool area is amazing oasis of calm and peace. The hotel is within easy walking distance of Pub Street but I would recommend always getting a Tuk Tuk back to the hotel in the dark

I liked that this property offered help with visiting attractions as well as many lovely amenities like a swimming pool and an attached restaurant. They even had a free lift to the airport and arranged transportation for you to your other destinations or tour events! They were very friendly and helpful!

It is misleading...the rooms are not what thwy show in theor photos. Not a clean place...towels were old and bathroom dirty. Breakfast was fried eggs in a pool of oil and coffee was bad—milk was spoiled!!!! Just very basic and not good!

Accomo review -Reveal Courtyard Hotel in Siem Reap

Our stay was very nice at Reveal. The staff were very nice and helpful in answering our questions related to getting around and things to see. The breakfast was extremely basic and we would suggest the hotel look at making some improvements in this regard. When we arrived we were being taken to a room we did not book. We booked a pool access, ground level room so I had to remind the hotel staff of this. We were taken to the proper room without a problem. The pool was lovely however, it was definitely in need of a cleaning. We felt safe and would definitely recommend this property.

Quiet, clean, comfortable, nice pool

Was looking for a mid price, comfortable, quiet hotel not far from the centre of the city. This one fitted the bill. $2 tuk tuk ride to Pub Street area. Staff helpful with tour advice . Had a lovely pool and plenty of sun. Would recommend.

Very disappointing

This hotel was lovely, with a beautiful courtyard and good sized rooms- yet nonstop problems meant my stay was frustrating, and pretty terrible. The free pickup from the airport is on a tuk-tuk, which is fine but it would have been nice to no in advance, as I had luggage and arrived early which meant it was cold. Then there's no early check-in, despite the fact that I informed them what time I was coming and they had every opportunity to let me know. I finally got my room but for some reason there was no key for the door?? I had to wait an hour and a half while keys were made and tested several times. My shower didn't have any hot water the entire time I was there, despite my reporting the problem to reception. I had two days of cold showers and wasn't able to take advantage of the beautiful bathtub. My comforter had a giant tear that was tucked in, in what looked like an attempt to hide it...and my sheets had a giant and disturbing stain. The restaurant didn't have everything listed, which is fine but kind of annoying. And then when I came down for breakfast I was told to sit and was simply brought out a plate of food...without anyone asking me what I wanted. Everyone who came after me was able to choose. Then my ride back to the airport (another tuk-tuk) was $8!! which is really just outrageous. All in all my stay went from bad to worse. I was super disappointed. It seems others had way better experiences so I'm not sure what the problem was- hopefully it's fixed soon.

A retreat from the Siem Reap buzz

Good value for money. Reasonable and comfortable rooms, nice pool side and friendly staff. If you want to get some realxation and don't fancy the overcrowded and busy hotel bunkers, this is the place to recover from an exhausting siteseeing trip.

Hotel close to the temples

We cycled the temples from our hotel on a three day pass. It was nice and close to make that really easy. And pub street in Siem Reap was only a short tuk tuk ride away.

Comfortable and clean

The staff on salary were kind and honest, but the owner tried to up-sell me when it came to tours, Tuk Tuk rides, everything. The staff would tell me something is $6USD and he’d tell me $8. A visa to Vietnam is $40 and he tried to charge me $65. But if you prefer to pay for convenience then there’s no issue. The hotel was clean, safe, and relatively quiet. It’s very close to Angkor, but at least a 20-30 minute walk from night life.

Great place and super helpful staff

We stayed here for a few days while visiting Angkor Wat and the surrounding area. On arrival we actually got upgraded to their sister hotel Angkor Reveal, so can't say that much about Angkor Courtyard, but assume they are quite similar. Angkor Reveal was an amazing place with great facilities, very clean, and well organised. The staff was super helpful with planning and organising trips, and the management is very helpful (which us the same for Courtyard and Reveal). They organise a tuk tuk driver for both Angkor Wat and also for the floating village, for a good price, and we had a great driver for those days. The management also helped us to organise a visa for Vietnam, which we only realised last minute we would need, and they went out of their way to help get that done and send the visa to our next hotel.

Pool is fantastic after temple excursion. I stayed 4 nights. Accommodation is a little.isolated and tired. I chose based on exceptional reviews. Service is certainly good but I found better accomodation (for me) at Banyon Boutique for my last 3 nights in Siem.Reap. Enjoyed both.

This is a great spot to relax after a day of site seeing. The staff are very helpful. I would highly recommend mr. Sat as a tuk tuk guide. He toured us around and is super friendly.
