Nice big comfortable rooms with balconies, staff that tries hard to please, a free shuttle service to Pub street/ night market, live music in the lobby mornings and evenings- the only disappointment was the food. However, it’s a short tuk tuk or car ride into Siem Reap town where there are loads of good places to eat.

这家酒店太让我们感动了，如果我有朋友要来，我一定推荐给他们。也推荐使用Expedia，非常好的一个订购平台。从我订购酒店那天开始，酒店的工作人员就邮件与我联系，给我安排好一切。来到后迎接的冰毛巾饮料小吃，服务也很暖心。最令我感动的是，我提前在邮件告诉我们此行是庆祝十周年的~酒店给我们悉心做了布置~还送了个蛋糕~这个真的是意想不到~顿然感动到不行。还有大赞酒店的设施设备~秒杀什么JW,万豪，四季的~早餐一定要订~非常值得~从很多细节可以看到酒店的用心。我们也在酒店吃了一餐晚饭，出品水准也挺高的，性价比很高。感谢酒店带我们夫妻难忘的两个晚上。希望酒店越做越好~

Wonderful welcome with drum beats,gift ,drink and snack when arrive at the resort. We had a very nice stay with the resort, wide garden, swimming pools,spa and beautiful room.The breakfast is fantastic.Enjoy the live music band at the lobby bar.Very good hospitality by the entire hotel staff.Thank you all so much.I would recommend it to travelers.We would definitely stay again.

Ein besonderes hochwertigens Hotel. Die Zimmer sind groß und gemütlich, toll ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. Desweiteren ist die gesamte Hotelanlage Luxus ähnlich ausgestattet. Wunderschönes Hotel, sehr freundliches Personal, großes klimatisiertes Zimmer mit großem Bad und Balkon, zweimal zimmerreinigung pro Tag, täglich frisches Obst im Zimmer, riesige hotelanlage mit 2 riesigen Pools, einem wunderschönen tropischen Garten, einem See und einem Teich, spa, Restaurant mit gartenblick, leckeres Frühstück mit großer Auswahl und stets bereiter Taxi- und Tuk-Tuk-Service....es war wieder einmal fantastisch!!! Es gibt NICHTS zu kritisieren! Wir waren das zweite mal dort und würden dieses Hotel immer wieder wählen und jedem weiterempfehlen.

一進入酒店就有welcome drinks同一條絲巾掛我們身上以示歡迎！員工大部分有禮貌及有笑容，房間整潔舒服，但多蚊蟲。而酒店的早餐多元化，很滿意，游泳池很大，有池畔酒吧，我們留在一整天感覺良好，但酒店的飲料偏貴！在交通方面，安排接送服務很好，車輛大也舒適！而地理位置較遠，只近機場，出入pub street也要叫tuktuk! 酒店的接駁車只限晚上，而且每個小時只有一班，跟預期有出入，還要預先打電話到櫃台預約，很不方便！早上下午也沒有此服務，要自己叫tuktuk到市中心！

ゆったり過ごせるリゾートホテル

大型のリゾートホテルで、スタッフの数も多く、きめ細かなサービスが受けられました。 日本語ができるスタッフも2名おり、英語が苦手でも安心して滞在できます。 トゥクトゥクや車の手配も迅速で、さすがだなと思いました。 無料の15分マッサージはオイルでしっかりと疲れを取ってくれます。これが無料だなんてありがたい。 チェックアウト後に観光をしてから空港に送ってほしいと行ったら、送迎前にスパのシャワーを使わせてもらえて、すっきりした状態で帰国することができました。 ベッドサイドにコンセントがない（充電しながらスマホ等をいじれない）、スパのシャワールームにはシャンプー類がない等、ちょっと惜しい部分はありますが、それを上回る良さがあります。 朝食に納豆、みそ汁、蕎麦があることにびっくりしました。 それだけ日本人のゲストが多いんでしょうね。

The hotel bedroom temperature is warm always stays at 28 degree Celsius n no matter how we tune down the air conditioner temperature our bedroom still stays at 28 degree Celsius n this is very warm to stay comfortable in a hot country like Siem Reap in March 2019

We arrived and it was so and that we checked into another hotel immediately. The photographs were completely deceiving. The place was old, tatty and importantly it was dirty. There was an outside buffet with flies flying around and on the food. Absolutely horrendous hotel
