Good value, comfortable hotel near to centre. Has nice pool area (a little too much chlorine but still ok for cooling off.). Rooms large with fridge, strong AC and warm/hot water. Note Deluxe Double did not have window (but did have a large bathtub). Hotel in fairly quiet part of time. Hotel was pretty full when there but not noisy which was good in evenings. Breakfast, other meals and drinks are available (didn't try). Overall good experience

Do not waste your money adding the breakfast to your reservation! The restaurant service is horrible!!!! Breakfast is by order and it takes more than 30 minutes up to an hour to get your food. You’re better off going to the local corner noodle soup shop than going here. We also ordered non- breakfast food on the day we arrived because we were hungry and it took over an hour for the food to get served. We stopped going there for breakfast after our first night. The hotel does not have an elevator. You have to walk up the stairs with your luggage. There is no iron in the room. No TV. Lobby has no AC so if you’re waiting for your other family members and/or your ride, it is very HOT!!!! Hotel has a pool that looks clean but does not smell of chlorine. Users of the pool are allowed to walk through the dining area wet so the floors are wet with no staff mopping it. It could be a potential safety hazard. I asked the staff to turn on the key for the whirlpool and she talked to the Manager who never turned it on. No communication given if it’s working or not. Just no communication at all. All the staff stand up to greet you every time you walk in but General Manager of the hotel just sits in her little corner and does not greet any of the guests. I would not recommend this hotel as there are sooooo many hotels in Siem Reap.
