We visited during the low season and it was very quiet. We had the presidential suite with a large coffee/cappuccino maker but no coffee (which was disappointing). Room stated could sleep four, but only had one bed. They had to roll in two extra beds for our teenagers. Staff was wonderful, especially when dealing with a lost phone.

The staff at this property were all very friendly, welcoming, and attentive. I stayed here at the recommendation of my parents (who had previously stayed there) and I am glad we did. We were very close to Angkor Wat (great for the sunrise tour!) Breakfast was also really nice. The staff packed us boxed breakfast for the sunrise tour since it was earlier than the restaurant opened.

This is a lovely property located a couple kilometers outside the city center. The people are lovely. The hotel property and the rooms are very clean. I would’ve rated this overall Five stars however, they do not have 24 hour broom service and you should not open up your balcony door as lots of bugs will enter your room.
