The room was the best part of the stay. The employee who welcomed me was very friendly. The breakfast was very skimpy -- just 2 kinds of cereal and waffles. The hall to the rooms and steps up to the second floor were old, dirty, and unviting. They need to be replaced immediately -- it will make the arrival a whole lot more inviting.

The room was clean the motel itself inside was clean. The staff was great to work with. The price was fair On the downside, the air conditioner system was not the best, I had it all the way down to the lowest temperature setting and was still warm in the room. They advertise a free breakfast, I think they should change that, they should advertise free coffee and a bagel... Lol In fact we would just get up every morning and go straight to the waffle House or McDonald's. Not much of a breakfast at the motel.

The bed was a little stiff but i slept good and the room suited me and my families needs for the night while our power was out. The room was very clean and the shower was also nice. Very hot water!!! Loved it!!!

The staff didn’t do the rooms and didn’t bring clean towels. I had to go to the front desk to get towels. I left the tag on the door for room service. The woman who was supposed to do our room said she knocked early and didn’t get an answer. I explained that we put the tag out early and wasn’t there.

I booked a suite I was given regular room without being notified, talked to the customer service representative they said they were fully booked asked to get partial refund for the difference they refused to do so, next morning as we were getting ready to leave we saw bed bugs! Bedsheets weren’t clean! I had to talk to the hotel manager Patel he was so rude he kept yelling saying it’s not his concern to make it to the hotel as it was Sunday! Breakfast was terrible they didn’t even have eggs!

The air/heat unit smelled and was loud. There was no real breakfast to speak of. Not helpful at all. Room was dirty and linens were not fresh. They had an entire construction crew staying there and all you could smell was cigarettes and Marijuana. Constant door slamming and people yelling at night. You could see the hallway through the gap around our room door. Looked like someone put a deep dent in the refrigerator with an ax. To say it wasn't worth the cost to stay there. Staying in our vehicle would have been better.

First, reservation was non-existent to front desk person, even with confirmation number and emails. He was able to get us a room, as a “walk-in”, that he said would’ve cost 160$ but he discounted to 84$. My account was charged 136$. AC was mediocre at best. No cold water in bathroom. Mirror was dirty(in itself not a big deal but makes you wonder about rest of room) .Spoke with manager this morning who said he’ll reverse extra charge for room that we had to pay for last night. We’ll see if that actually happens without more hassle.
