We stay here on average once per month. The location is convenient and being inside the mall can s wonderful. For years the mall was dead or dying. There is new ownership and the changes have been a great addition to the hotel. Pet friendly and very clean.

Everything was great & room was clean. Breakfast in the morning was fantastic. It was centrally located… with shopping, and restaurants within walking distance. The only thing that I would say needs improvement, would be the front desk. Hardly saw anybody at the front desk… and when there was someone there, they were not engaging or friendly. But other than that, it was a decent place. Oh and I thought it was kind of weird that the pool was by the front door, right when you walk in….

They had an issue with the fire alarm, someone may have pulled the alarm , but the on duty clerk took care of it, then the storm to out the tv and web and again the clerk was very attentive and tried to help!! We stay here 2 times a year with our pets, wish they didn’t charge so much for them!
