This hotel is absolutely amazing. Really attentive friendly and welcoming staff who can’t do enough for you. It’s a really nice touch for the general manager to take an interest in you and also personally ensure you are enjoying your stay. The food is exceptional and everyone is so polite. Excellent. The staff we lovely. Just a couple of points we noted - We stayed in the room opposite the lift and the lift was quite loud. There is also a spotlight which shines very brightly in to the room.

Mixed review. The room was clean, even if a bit dated. The bathroom could have been better for the room rate. The mira shower was similar to the one I had at home more than 20 years ago. The pillows were firm and of poor quality for a room costing over £300 per night but the bed was comfy. The longe area had a fabulous sea view and was decorated beautifully for Christmas. The parking was easy. The breakfast was a bit sparce for £40 but cooked very well. We would stay again if on the area.

Wonderful place to stay. Truly exceptional standards of food and service. Sitting in the dining room with the piano being played in the background is quite special - a little bit like travelling back in time to an era with style!
