Ailece geçirdiğimiz en güzel tatil oldu. Personel güler yüzlü her konuda yardımcı oldular. Yemekler güzel ve lezzetliydi. Personel den en çok lobi bar daki MEHMET beye özellikle çok teşekkür ederiz. Gerçekten samimi ve içten ilgisi bu oteli tekrar tercih etmemize sebep gösterebiliriz.

Für mich verdient das Hotel noch nicht mal 3 Sterne das Badezimmer war Letzte misst gewessen von Waschbecken läute wasser auf dem Boden das gleiche von WC, und vom Dusche brauche ich nicht sagen. Ich hab die Reseption Personal angerufen wegen die diese sachen Die waren richtig unfreundlich unfäschemt nie wieder, auch die Restaurant personal waren unhöflich. Einzige freundliche personal waren die Barkipper.

İlk geldimiz gece sadece akşam yemeğe vardı ben hersey dahil ödemisim secmisim ben sorunum değil yeni aciliz yapamiyorsaniz bu Service göstermiceksiniz parayi almiscaklar. Cola istiyorum kahvaltıya ben Cola seviyorum içiyorum kahvaltıya yok yine yok saat 10 sonra yine nerde bu hersey dahil kahvaltıya istedimizi bile icemedik. Aksam yemeği ne kaldiya gece Snack olarak geçiyor. Artılar yenecekmis gecerli. Igrenc. Cola istiyorum akşam Pepsi veriyorlar. Asansörde dogru düzgün isik yok. Yorgan icin nervesim yok. İnternet çok kötü berbat desem daha iyi. İçerde deki havuz buz resmen buz. Yemek olarak 5 yıldınız hotel kesinlik değil. Vodka çok kötü hayatimda böyle bir vodka icmedim çok kötüydü. Soßlarda hangisi ne oldun yazmiyor salatani yaninda. Dikis kutusu var ama kulak cöpü yok çok sacma.

Dreckig. Schlechte Personal Essen ganz schlecht. Hab Durchfall bekommen die ganze Familie Abend um 23:00 Uhr Licht Licht aus stockdunkel, sogar in Lobby und bekommt man Nix mehr zu trinken kann ich kein empfehl, ein richtiger dreckiger Hotel und unfreundlich

Es ist alles ok, gewesen, die im reseption haben meine reservatzion noch nicht bearbeitet gehabt, statt 2 zimmer haben sie mir 1 gegeben meine buchung war 1 einzel zimmer, 1 doppeltzimmer nacher ist alles abklärt brauche bischen zeit nach ankunfft.
