The spacious living room additionally features a sofa bed, cosy seating areas, and another double bed. The fully equipped kitchen with dining area, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and all essential utensils makes self-catering uncomplicated. A large bathroom with bathtub, washing machine, and hairdryer rounds off the offering. On the private 20 m² balcony, you can enjoy meals outdoors or relax with a glass of wine. WiFi and satellite TV are of course available.



The situation could hardly be better: Only 50 metres separate you from the sea, restaurants and cafés are just a few steps away, and a supermarket, bakery and children's playground are located in the immediate vicinity. Several beaches are within walking distance - from a family-friendly pebble beach (approx. 300 m) to a sandy beach (approx. 450 m) to rocky and plateau beaches (approx. 500 m).



Zlarin is known for its relaxed atmosphere and car-free idyll. At the same time, the surroundings offer diverse leisure opportunities: Whether water sports, diving, snorkelling, cycling or hikes through Mediterranean nature – everyone gets their money's worth here. For day trips, the historic city of Šibenik, located just 6 km away and conveniently accessible by ferry, is enticing.
