All the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really good and set us up for the day. Evening meals were a bit pricey for a mid week break. You can't get anymore central to explore Shrewsbury. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Fab location, excellent staff. We had a comfortable, warm room overlooking quirky rooftops. The bed was a bit small for 2 but comfy & we slept well. Breakfast was good, lovely coffee.

Great location and our room had a balcony with loungers and a table which was a lovely surprise. But the best thing about the hotel was the staff who were so welcoming and knowledgeable about the hotel and local area. Although the cooked breakfast was also fantastic.

Room was ready when we arrived 1hr before check in and was greeted by helpful staff. Hotel is very old and I love the charm it gives. Our room was a nice size with a nice view of the town. We didn’t park at hotel , preferred to use the Frankwell carpark and only £6 Breakfast was fantastic with a great choice. I also liked the choice of times for breakfast anytime between 8:30 and 10:30. Very central to everything and would definitely stay here again!
