The room stunk like wet dog. Electrical outlet by sink wasnt attached to wall. Handle on refrig cabinet broken. One phone charging outlet dud not work. Trouble with tv working. When i wentvto check out no one at desk and no one came to desk even though there are cameras there. Finally tossed card on desk and left.

The stay was perfect. The reservation process was absolutely horrible. The lady from hotels.com was extremely rude while I was trying to explain what went wrong with my reservation. After a week of unsuccessfully trying to remedy the errors in my reservation I decided to work with the motel in person. Upon my arrival in Show Low I was told my reservation had been cancelled. I DID NOT cancel it. I now need to request reimbursement of 119.71 which was charged same day I made my reservation. Since I DID NOT cancel my reservation I’m requesting that the $9.00 which was included in that $119.71 be refunded as well. Ps. My credit card statement arrived before I went on my trip and the charge of 119.71 has already been paid. Your expedient response would be appreciated Margaret Wiles

While I did appreciate the rooms not having any carpet, the floors get dirty very quickly. There should be a mat inside each room to leave shoes on. I stayed on the bottom level and could hear every footstep and conversation above me. Would highly recommend staying on the second floor if possible.

Quick overnight stay

The rooms were nicely remodeled, beds very comfortable. Front deask lasy was nice and helpful. We didn't partake in the breakfast but did smell and see waffles. We stayed on rhe bottom floor and rhere was a puddle of water on the floor whenever we came intonthe room, not sure 100% where it was coming from, that made the floor dirty as we walked throughout the room. (The floors were not carpeted) We neede to iron some cloths as we were there for a wedding and had lots of issues with the iron, i don't feel like that is important in a room stay though. We didn't use the hot tub and parking was free simple and easy.
