The pet room was a little run down and had several things that could be fixed. There was tape on the floor holding down some of the flooring, plug for the sink and hair dryer were missing. They brought a hair dryer for us to use. No really good area to walk the dogs to relieve themselves but made do.

Crappy service and crappy place!

This particular stay with Best Western is not the standard that Best Western offers. I had two teenagers with us the young guy at the front desk ask how old are the kids I said; 16& 17 oh we are charging an additional 10 dollars because he like an adult. He also told us bread was from 7am to 9am. Nope it opens at 7am. For no one but us arriving at 7am the counters had crumbs on them and no fresh fruit no much to offer for breakfast! Never staying there again!

I did not like that I booked a king online, it did NOT state that the king rooms could have no pets. We got stuck in 2 queens, Expedia charged me and the hotel charged me. I did not get the king room. They put us in a 2 queen up front off the highway and good luck getting any good sleep with that.

There was no room service the second day we stayed. Had to ask for clean towels. They did not clean the room or replace used soaps. We arrived early about 2:30 the first day and they did allow us to register early and that was nice. very noisy on first floor from guest on second floor.
