The location is in a Ponderosa pine forest in a friendly mountain town called Pinetop. Nothing fancy but quiet and comfortable and the breakfast area had ample food and was kept very clean. I recommend shopping at the Butterfly Boutique a short walk away on the same side of the street. Great handcrafted and sustainable items.

Enjoyed our stay very much! We had an early check in at 11am for only an additional $25. We were in Pinetop for a wedding. Beds were very comfortable, and room was very clean. Breakfast had a nice assortment of selections, but don't pass up the coffee! It's made there in Pinetop, the Apache Blend Dark Roast was amazing! For an older hotel, it's very well kept and fits right into the gorgeous surroundings.
