1. First room provided was unclean. Once we notified staff, they switched room and took care of it. Minor inconvenience. 2. No room service due to holiday. Minor inconvenience but should have mentioned earlier. 3. Toilet tank was running water (not working) and no one was available from maintenance. Had to do a short fix myself for immediate attention and then maintenance came later to address it for solution. Support from staff during this time was very poor.

Surprising Bathroom-Beware Room

Almost no toilet paper in room upon check-in (about 1/4” on one-roll) That’s a HUGE inconvenience. Also, dirt and urine build-up on outside of toilet bowl was visible. 3 signs for Ice-machine/Vending locations led to locked-doors. Front desk then directed me to go to the laundry-room where the ice-machine was located. That door was locked too, and although my room key turned the lock green, the door didn’t open. So, ice was not available to me at all.
