This hotel is a family operated. They are very helpful, nice, friendly and accommodating…. When I checked in, I didn’t have the right euro change for local tax, no problem …I asked for late check out and they were very accommodating. Also, the price was really incredible and it’s right next to the old city attractions. I highly recommend it!

great, clean, comfortable hotel with nice rooms (we used a family setup for two boys), helpful staff, and a location convenient to Ruga Kole Idromeno and the walking street scenes. Their parking is underground beneath the hotel and may be too tight for a larger vehicle, though it worked fine for us. A great value for a good stay in Shkoder.
