Wow! First time here. Definitely will NOT be my last. This property is incredible and has the friendliest staff ever. I cannot wait to go back!! From the front desk, (Angela) to the breakfast staff and housekeepers it was awesome. Everyone had a genuine smile on their fsce and were all eager to please. 100% recommend. I will be back soon!! .

We always enjoy our many stays at Blue Gate. We were a little let down this time though. We understand it was a busy weekend, but one of the elevators was out of service all weekend, so the wait was a little long at times. We could not get our TV to work at all Saturday night. They may want to consider giving people with smaller children lower level rooms, we are not ones to complain about kids making noise, but we had a few small children above us on the 3rd floor that ran from one end of the room to the other until 3am 😳 For the rates that are charged we are really hoping we don’t have this experience again. As far as cleanliness, friendly staff and cozy feel of the hotel it is top notch!

This was our second stay at BlueGate and we already have another scheduled. We had an issue this time with a staff member at the Pizza Parlor, but it was handled appropriately by management and we did not allow one person to ruin our experience. Absolutely ALL the other staff has been very pleasant both times. The breakfast staff is super nice and friendly and makes you feel welcomed when arriving. It’s always great to see happy workers who great you with a smile and actual words at 7am!!!!

Very friendly staff. Check in was easy. Room was spotless and comfortable beds. The complimentary breakfast was basically a full buffet and food was excellent. The dining room was clean and tables cleared immediately. There is an ice cream shop in the lobby as well as a small arcade. Unfortunately we did not have the opportunity to use the pool and hot tub, however they looked clean,tidy and inviting. Due to the weather the patio and firepit area was closed. We would definitely stay here again!
