TV was sub par smallest of my entire stay and very very old. bed was very very hard. toilet was of reasonable size so that was a plus. difficulty getting to hotel but that is not fault of hotel itself more my poor planing

Great Hotel in Shiogama

The Smile Hotel Shiogama is a great stay in Shiogama. Our check-in process was very smooth, and even with our very limited Japanese language skills the staff were polite and professional. The room was clean and comfortable, and we had no complaints.

フロントの方の対応はよかったです。 ただ部屋の設備が古く、エアコンが稼働するのに時間がかかるし、お風呂のシャンプーディスペンサーを外した残りのプラスチックの中にカビがびっしり。これは多少お金かかっても、取り外して掃除した方が良いかと。 最後に朝食会場の女性。 こちらが食べ物を取りたいのに、終始並べ替えや片付けに夢中で目の前で邪魔だし、食べてる近くで物音大きく立てて片付けしてうるさいし、もう少し落ち着いて静かにできないのかと思った。 そもそもまだ終了1時間前なのに、取ってる傍から並べ替えやら食事寄せたり、早く終わらせて帰りたいオーラがすごい。本当に落ち着かない人だと思う。 ゆっくりできる食事会場の雰囲気を考えて欲しいです。

セミダブル喫煙ルーム宿泊。隣にセブンがあったり、歩いて行かれる範囲に美味しいお寿司屋さん等もあったりし、素泊りにちょうど良いです。

残念ながら館内中カビ臭かった。おそらくシャワーの蛇口が閉まりきらず常にお湯がたらたらと出ている状態だったようで窓も結露がすごかった。なんでスタッフが気が付かないのかとても残念。
