The manager was absolutely amazing. Unfortunately, the room smelled, there was intermittent hot water, and everything was rather worn down.

There were few staff, but they were all very kind and efficient in their jobs. The area is fairly quiet, but that is the nature of the town. They didn't speak much English, but they tried to accommodate me where possible.

It's a new property and we just paid 21 USD for a night for two people in double room. It was the best we could imagine to get anywhere in Japan. It's clean and a.good place to stay near Matsushima and Sendai and yet cheaply. Neighborhood is awesome too, and very close to train station.

お湯がなかなか出ない

バス・トイレ付の部屋を利用。お湯は、水量を多く出さないとなかなか出てきませんでした。部屋の壁に「給湯器の性能上、やむを得ないことなのでご理解を」と書いてあり、仕方のないことなのですが、冬場に泊まったら辛そうでした。

まわりも静かで、受付のおじさんがとても親切で優しくて面白くて良かったです！寝るだけの部屋でしたが、周りがうるさいこともなく快適にすごせました👍4人で２部屋借りましたが、家族だと察してくださり隣部屋にしてくれたり、駐車場も遠方からで駐車も苦手と察してくださり出やすい所に決めてくれたりと本当に配慮ある受付の方でした！ おかげで気持ちよく過ごすことができたホテルでした！感謝です！ ぜひ友人たちにもすすめたいし、自分もまた利用したいホテルです！ ありがとうございました！！

受付の方が親切で地元の言葉がほんわかして良かった。 本塩釜駅から徒歩数分で駅近です。 宿の種類がトイレとお風呂は別だが、同じエリアにあるので、不便さはない。 むしろ、コスパが良すぎて驚いた。 ここ数年、このようなスタイルのホテルは増えているので、施設側のメリットもたくさんあるので、その分安いのはありがたい。 2Fにある飲食店、ビール飲み放題は興味深かったが、利用はしていない。 周辺の飲食、お土産もあるので良き。 また、利用させていただきます。
