The master bedroom has a king sized bed and features an en suite private bath with oversized tiled walk in shower and a beautiful soak tub with a view of the Gulf. The first guest bedroom has a set of two queen sized beds perfect for adult couples along with a flat screen TV; the second guest bedroom is perfectly equipped with two full size/double beds and a flat screen TV for adults or children with their own bathroom featuring a large tiled shower. The hall bath is just as gorgeous featuring a tiled walk in shower as well. The unit is carpet free with luxury plank flooring throughout the unit. The living room has a large flat screen TV and spacious seating along with a sofa sleeper. You can prepare your bountiful fresh catch or local market finds in the spacious, well stocked kitchen that has granite countertops. The terrace balcony has exquisite views! This three bedroom unit is a one of a kind and the only West end terrace balcony unit. This property has a full sized washer and dryer, Cox Cable, and free WiFi. This property only accepts short term rentals and has a Saturday to Saturday requirement during the Summer. Prepare to be amazed!
