Ground Floor, with steps up to front door leading into the communal entrance hall with staircase leading up to the first-floor apartment. Front door: leading into hallway with doors to: open plan Kitchen/diner/sitting room: with sofa, smart TV, stunning sea views. Kitchen area: with electric oven/induction hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine and microwave, breakfast bar with stools. Door to Principal bedroom: with Kingsize bed (zip and link bed, if needed to be converted into two, 3ft single beds, please advise on booking), sea views, built-in wardrobe and ensuite: with shower cubicle, WC and washbasin. Double bedroom: with 2 x single beds (can be zipped together to create a king sized double bed, please advise upon booking if required) and built-in wardrobe.
