Greentiles is a fabulously located 1930's Art Deco style villa on the North Norfolk Coastal Path, offering sublime views of the coastline and a gorgeous sweeping outlook over the countryside surrounding Sheringham and its Links golf course. Ideal for a family, group of friends or couples any time of the year, this wonderful hideaway is just a short stroll from the lovely, traditional seaside town of Sheringham, its Blue Flag beach and many independent amenities.
Not only is this property a delightfully light and airy two storey detached bolthole with decorative nudges to the Art Deco era which sits in a beautifully quiet and rural setting right on the edge of the Coastal Path, it has a first floor decked area with magnificent sea, town and countryside views which will engulf you for your entire holiday. With glass wind-shielding the whole way round so the stunning view is not interrupted, your eyes can stretch far and wide across the coastline and sea and the surrounding patchwork countryside as the wine chills and the sun goes down. On the ground floor you will find a well-equipped kitchen with underfloor heating, dining room and sitting room, and two bedrooms with gorgeous sea views - one has a king-size bed, the other 3ft twin beds. Both these ground floor bedrooms share a family bathroom with underfloor heating, a bath and separate walk in shower. Upstairs, on the first floor, is the super-spacious master bedroom with a king-size bed, dressing room and en-suite shower, and of course, those amazing sea vistas! There is a second seating area in the garden with a bistro table and chairs, as well as a gas barbecue. Guests have the benefit of two parking spaces on the driveway, in front of the garage.
Greentiles is a short walk from the vibrant amenities the seaside town of Sheringham has to offer, including excellent cafes, pubs, restaurants, and fish 'n' chips. The energetic will love a paddleboard lesson with SUP Shack Sheringham, with surfing and kayaking available at nearby Cromer. Sheringham Golf Club is a short drive or walk away, and the Norfolk Coast Path can be joined from the garden. If you want to chill, simply spend the day on the beautiful sandy beach, dipping in and out of the sea, with a locally-sourced picnic. Greentiles is a great base from which to explore the villages along the North Norfolk Coast and to discover some of the National Trust's flagship country homes and estates - if, and only if, you can tear yourself away from the balcony!
