Step into a stunning kitchen with traditional wood cabinetry, a farmhouse sink, and a central island ideal for relaxed breakfasts or evening prep with friends. The kitchen flows into generous living and dining spaces, all thoughtfully decorated with artistic touches and natural textures.
The four bedrooms are cosy and characterful, featuring rich wood floors, soft linens, and charming decorative accents that make each room unique. Wake up to the sound of birdsong and enjoy your morning coffee looking out onto lush greenery.
Outside, the expansive garden is yours to enjoy - ideal for alfresco dining, garden games, or simply relaxing in the sun with a book.

The local town of Frome offers their famous Sunday market, and a plethora of restaurants, arts & crafts, boutique shops and music events. They also have some fantastic music venues and an underground cocktail bar so you won't be stuck for things to do!
We also have an excellent pub, The Talbot and The Walled Garden, in Mells, offering wood fired pizzas and more. Just 6 minutes away, it's the perfect place to spend the day - they also have a community run shop and cafe offering lots of other local delicacies! If you're a foodie, in the nearby village of Batcombe, we have a fantastic pub (The Three Horseshoes) which has been recently taken over by Margot Henderson (a Michelin starred chef!)
The house is really well placed too for some fantastic walks - into Asham Woods and Cranmore Tower, with it's ancient woodland and there is an abundance of wild flowers and on the walk up to Cranmore Tower!
If you're looking to get some peaceful exercise in too, we have a brand new yoga space in Downhead, just a very short walk away!
