The room was not clean. Underwear was found on the floor. Bathroom floor and floor by the sink were filthy. Tub was dirty. Soap dish at sink had old soap and dirt on it. Breakfast cereal was stale. Desk clerk was rude ypon check in and check out.

Cereal is stale. Parking was not an issue. The room however was filthy and unacceptable. I'm shocked at how bad it is.I've got photos that I'll be sharing and requesting a refund. We found dirty underwear on the floor in the room. Tub is filthy, floors were dirty and sticky.

The lock on our door was not working correctly. The desk clerk had to let us in-and-out of our room with a master key. We couldn't be moved to another room. The Inn was full. We were there three night so this was inconvenient. Our toilet plugged up. Housekeeping came a plunged it quickly. We took care of our own housekeeping while we were there. It was nice having a refrigerator and microwave. Sheetz was across the street. Parking was good. You really need a desk lamp in the room.

Did not have an opportunity to eat at the buffet. Room was clean staff was great. My only issue was with the Hotels.com reservation. The website registered me for a “suite” with a king and I reserved two queens. The staff fixed it and were great but what a hassle for all of us.

There was fast food and two restaurants rights across street from hotel, and grocery store. There was a Sheetz, McDonalds, Dairy Queen, Chinese Restaurant and Italian Restaurant. Walgreens Pharmacy right next door.
