Nice but could be better.

This hotel is located in a nice plaza with local coffee shops and chinese low cost eating places. It is very convienent for Garden City shopping mall and bus service to Sea World. There is a faint smell of tobacco in all the rooms i have stayed in which is not pleasent.If ordering a taxi to the airport or Shekou ferry terminal, leave plenty of time as taxis are always busy. The breakfast's for european visitors are not very good.

Reasonable price but very noisey.

3rd time stayed here.This time it was very bad due to noise from a building site next to the hotel. This hotel is becoming very tired and the rooms need extensive decoration. The carpet in my room was very dirty and the room had very bad smell from cigarette. No fridge in the room.

Very Convenient Hotel!

Clean room,close to Walmart & Mall.Lots of restaurants nearby.Just make sure not to lose your deposit slip, i misplaced mine & didn't get the deposit money back.Hotel staff doesn't speak english so it's kind of hard to communicate.All in all Hotel is nice & quiet.

Love this hotel!

Courteous, knowledgeable staff. Comfortable bed. Close to good shopping and wonderful restaurants. The Hub (hotel restaurant) had good food and wonderful service. This was our second stay and we will stay again if in Shenzhen.

Great value for the money!

Room was very nice. Clean, nice bed, clean bathroom. Walking distance to Garden City Mall, Starbucks, Wal Mart. Restaurant was great. The staff were very helpful. We will stay again.
