早到了酒店，到前台想問問可不可以早點辦理入住。前台有三位職員，中間這位職員沒有客人，旁邊兩位正在忙，我就問了這位沒有在處理客人的職員。職員看都不看我，完全不理你。然後我再問，這位職員用很不耐煩的語氣：沒房了，我們辦理入住時間是兩點。然後轉身就走了。剛才旁邊還在忙的職位有空，他聽見了我們對話，趕緊對我說：不好意思，我幫你看看有沒有房。我問他：剛才哪位叫什麼名字，想投訴他。他說他是經理，不方便說。不是吧，一位經理竟然是這樣的態度對客人，反而是普通職員態度親切，幫助客人。找這樣的經理代表酒店，也不能再差了。以後也不會再入住。
