The bath room wasn't clean n after used

used cup didn't not wash or replaced. The room cleanness must improve.

Close to the downtown, that's about all.

It's not clean to start with, I saw a big rat running throw the hall as I was checking out. The staff at the front desk are helpless, the answer from them about everything was:" I don't know, go check online". I booked for 15 days but had to leave earlier as it's just very unpleasent to stay. The breakfast was included but the food was just poor and disgursting... None of the staff speaks English as all my calls from outside were dismissed. The staffs were not friendly at all. It was shocking!

Very bad... Avoid it

Very bad experience, the aircondition system is central and they keep it off all the time which makes the room hot and humid , imagine living in a hot humid room for 10 days..it was torturning, no one to complain as they don't understand english and when I finally got a staff who understands english he told me it's central and if we keep it on it'll be very cold. beside I felt no safe in this hotel..anyway my advice avoid it.

Great location

The room is very very old and it smelled like cigarettes. But on the plus side it was very big with big windows (that didn't open, though). Great location, very central and right next to a metro stop. Wi-fi worked most of the time, although we had some problems with it in the beginning.

冷蔵庫がない

以前住んでいたアパートに近い立地だったので、予約しました。 料金が安いので余り期待もしませんでしたが、部屋に冷蔵庫がなく買ってきた飲み物を冷やせませんでした。 暑い深センでは翌朝に冷えた飲み物を飲みたかったです。

衛生惡劣

這是最差的一次經歷，服務台的接待散漫，一進門，很重的霉味，第二天出門，服務員有問需不需要打掃房間?很明確地回到需要了，結果回到房間看到所謂的打掃也只是換掉垃圾桶的垃圾袋，而地上是完全沒有打掃過的

飯店人員面對狀況危機處理差，例空調太吵太大聲維修人員修到一半工具留在房間人不知去哪，換的第二街空調不知如何開完轉的告訴我將就點，換了第三間終於才把事情處理好

裏の方面が昼は工事でうるさく、夜は繁華街でうるさかった　総じて静寂性にかける

従業員は親切だが、その親切な従業員の多くは英語が話せず、コミュニケーションが難しかった。　静かさに難点もあり。 部屋の清潔度は代金からは妥当と思わないといけないと感じる。 地下鉄からは近いが、中国特有の自動車を歩行者より優先させるために、横断歩道を迂回して遠回りで行かなければならず不便。もちらん、自動車道路を歩く方法も自己責任であるが、家族連れには不向き。

駅（の出口）に近い、便利なホテル！

施設はいたって普通ですが、駅に近いです。正確には出口に近いです。地下鉄「科学館」の地下街を経由して地上に上るとホテルまで3分ですね、ホテルのエントランスまでだと3分かな。とにかく便利。地下街経由すれば飲食店やコンビニもありますし、地上に上ってもマクドナルドがすぐ、そして隣接するのがデパートととにかく便利です。華強北路までも歩けますので、電気街視察が目的の方にも最適！
