Horrible service for both side

I have paid to hotels come in advance but the hotel charges me again.... I have claimed to both the hotel and hotels come but they didn’t even care. I had to ask them for 100 times for the refund .... Normally I don’t use hotels come, especially after this matter I won’t use hotels come anymore. The worse service ever.

住宿包早餐 我選擇是最便宜的房間，沒有窗，但空調足夠 隔音還好，乾淨， 如果在有限價錢下，這家酒店還不錯 而且酒店周圍也有地道路邊灘，去地鐵站在10分鐘路程內

隔音效果不好

酒店只有2樓、樓上是住家，早上6點就在剁肉敲打，樓層板隔音效果差、窗戶隔音很差。不適合怕吵鬧的人。
