Very bad experience m, staffs were impolite. We arrived with many luggage but the staffs pretend not seeing us. No greeting nor help, doesn’t feel like this luxury 5 stars hotel is welcoming us at all. The room is also dirty, towels were broken. Not recommend for anyone who is looking for a welcomed stay.
