This hotel is great if you are attending an event at Shenzhen Exhibition Centre and the Wong Tee Mall is within walking distance, food and shopping are easily accessible and available. It is located close to the subway station. The building is shared with commercial offices, the room is quite big but furnishing is dated and needs some updating.

Good stay

The location of the hotel is great, room is comfortable. Close to a shopping center, and there are different types of food around. It is also in a rather central position of Shenzhen, that means shorter commute time for many different places through the subway system, with one station directly underneath it.

Great location with a smell issue

I've stayed in the hotel for 7 days. the breakfast is good. the hotel location is very good. The bathroom is very small with major issue for large/oversize persons. The hotel smells not good... I don't know the reason but something is not well.

Please contain the first smell at around lift lobby and passage way carpet. The carpet at walk way must have have with shampoo cleaning. After that the hotel will be given 5 / 5 points.

Shenzhen Futian stay

The hotel is located in a good area and is reasonably clean and well appointed. 2 main areas need to be improved - 1. The in room safe needs to be upgraded to electronic and no more than 2-step operation; 2. No boxed issues in the bath room. Cheers

nothing fantasic of this hotel except the location is directly near the subway. Hotel have no pool or proper gym facilities. interenet is slow for business uses.

Great Location

Very nice hotel and great location. Nice staff - very helpful , decent rooms , theres a metro station ( sub-way ) connected to the building where the hotel is which is great.

Surprisingly old for a new building

The description is incorrect: - The building photo does not include any of the surrounding buildings. - The hotel is in the annex building (15 floors maximum), not the tower (the description says 53 floors). - The photos of the guest rooms are probably only the luxurious versions, as my standard room was much smaller, dirtier and did not have the amenities as shown in the photo. I requested a 'renovated room', as suggested by a previous reviewer. I did not get this. I requested 'high floor', assuming it was in the tower - so instead I got the top floor of the annex (15th floor). The bathroom is simple, has a showerhead that is too low and it looks old. There is mould on the ceiling and mirrors have corrosion marks. The carpet in the hall of the 15th floor consists of cut out pieces simply laid on the floor randomly (as if they are temporary).

Good hotel, accessible by train.

On reaching building Golden Central Tower, had some trouble finding the hotel lobby. Finally realized it was on the 6th floor of the complex. Not obvious from the hotel address. Anyway, check-in was smooth. Hotel room I chose doesn't have window (cheapest available) but more than decent enough for me. Most crucial part was that the metro station is just below the building and the station is just 2 stops away from Hong Kong border. Very convenient indeed. Huge mall across the road for shopping and dining was also a welcome feature.

Hotel in central Shenzhen

Great location for central Shenzhen. There is a walkway to the Exhibition Center subway station under the hotel. The exhibition center is a 2 minute walk from the hotel and there are several shopping centers close by. The hotel itself is okay with the suite a good size with an extra desk and large bed. We stayed on the 6th floor with was unfortunately under a restaurant. This was very noisy one night with the staff dragging furniture across the floor keeping us up. The hotel responded reasonably quickly to the issue.

Good Hotel booking system

No complain, was all good. The location map should update to as getting off from the Metro MTR at Exhibition and Convention Centre Station, exit D. I got off a station before at Shopping Park station. Although it stated in the description, for new travellers, we need the map to know the exact location. Other than that, it was a convenient place and you don't even need to go else where to shop or eat as the area there are more than you need. The rooms are old and I personnally do not like windowless room.. Only way is to upgrade your room booking. When i extended another 2 days, I was pleasantly surprised that the rate was same as internet booking basing on my original booking thru Hotel.com. I like most is the very competitive pricing, simple, fast and sure way of booking thru your website as compare to others that I tried before. Can be sure I'll con't to book thru your efficient Hotel.com.

No English Spoken at this Centrally Located Hotel

The price was right and the location is great but none of the staff spoke English , I had tried to communicate with several different desk clerks , the concierge and the assistant manager - I was asking to have my phone turned on in my room and people could not understand what I was asking. The room was OK for the price , clean and nice but it lacked a window which was bothersome at first but for the price could not complain. The internet was spotty , had to restart my computer 4-5 times and reboot the plug in internet to work since it dropped often.

The charges of the room is too costly. The staff cannot understand english properly. The Gym is too small with only 1 machine functional. Please avoid this hotel.
