Employees do their best But it is Difícil to comunícate in english, advices are mostly not the right answers, smell tobacco on the room’s floors. Breakfast… so so Good área, easy to go around even walking to coco park.

We stayed in the business suite and it was huge. The picture window facing the city had magnificent views. The only issue with the room was, it smelt musky, damp. Staff at the front desk were helpful. Although when we checked in, the male staff member only addressed my male partner. The room was booked in my name and I used my card for the deposit. I didn't appreciate being ignored. My partner however, did get shooed, from our room, by the cleaner, when he went to get our umbrella. Yes, shooed away. The hotel itself is in a very good location with the station entrance a stones throw away. The gym could be better. The buffet breakfast, for its price, is excellent. I would stay again.

Good hotel but poor service.

The room was okay for one night stay. The biggest problem was with the lobby reception. I booked a double room for 4 persons and it was perfectly clear including buffet breakfast. However, the hotel said that they only gave 2 persons for free. I showed Hotels.com’s receipt which clearly states for 4 persons. I had to argue with them for half hour before they finally agreed to give free breakfast for all. The experience was really frustrating.
