Great hotel. Staff were exceedingly polite and professional going out of their way to help a foreigner navigate food delivery and to locate the Chinese address for places I needed to DiDi for business. If I have one criticism, as seemingly with all hotels in China, a the lack of vegetarian items at breakfast.

酒店整潔，健身室也不錯；但入住當天晚上到11點多外面已經在修路，我房間正好窗戶向整路方向，本以為很快會完成，結果12點睡覺時候還是不停聽到噪音；結果受不了在床上睡不著，打去前台，酒店雖然說可以幫我們換房間，但結果整整等了45分鐘-一小時左右多次催促下去才結果換到了一間同樣面向的房間，雖然遠離一丟丟但還是輕微聽到聲音。 明白酒店控制不了政府部門修路，員工也說了他們就時間報警了，但對於1000一晚的連鎖酒店對於發生的情況反應回饋不夠快，加上也沒有任何主動小禮物或小賠償，也是蠻失望的 有一說一，床是ok舒適 的，整潔度也是可以的

生日之旅最差的體驗

住過這麼多次萬豪旗下酒店，這次體驗是最差的。 首先我提出的request沒有提過，亦無視了。晚上9:30左右回到房間，發現空調有問題，叫了工程部人員上來維修，工程部人員讓我們等30分鐘還是不涼的話會幫我們換房間，30分鐘過後我們表示還是不涼，讓我們等，過了15分鐘一直沒有通知我們，我們再次打去前台，最後10:45才成功換房間。 前台服務員說升級我們房間，最後還比原先房間小，不過因為太夜了，只想休息就算了。 整體來說，設備除了冷氣其他都很新很乾淨的，但服務真的不足。
