I don't have any complaints, would definitely stay here again if I visit next time. Location is convenient, room amenities are great, love the hair dryer! Free bottled water and teas replenished free everyday. Big compliments to the shower, I love the water pressure (I have really long hair). Staff are friendly and super helpful.

Staff was patient and kind. Good location for different food options, shopping and public transportation. Very spacious room. The room was relatively quiet even though there was a major construction project happening in front of the hotel. Loved the free laundry options (both washing machines & dryers) for hotel guests. It was a nice touch that you could track the timer of the laundry so you weren't wasting time guessing when your load was done. Appreciated the free coffee vouchers for the hotel's cafe. Only down side was that the hallways were a bit dark and rundown looking.
