I travel a lot due to nature of my business. I picked up this hotel because it was four star and the price of three star.. I don't know who rated this hotel as four star? Possibly he or she don't know about stars in hotel ratings. If you there emergency that is fine. But do not go there because it says 4 stars on its ratings.Second day I have moved out to another hotel in near by

Cheap rate does not make up for bad service

When budget traveling, I mainly concern myself with price, cleanliness and comfort. For those three areas, this hotel does average - but I booked the hotel for Friday and Monday to sandwich a weekend in Hong Kong, and after staying on Friday, I canceled my Monday booking. For the same price, you can get a much, much nicer room and friendlier service. I was really put off by the front desk and restaurant staff. They weren't "rude," but helpful is not a word they understood. Service is sorely lacking at this establishment.

Love the Holy Dun, unless your going in the winter

I have stayed in this hotel several times now. The rooms are standard Chinese style and size. The location is excellent. The check in and check out process is painfully long at best, even if you speak Chinese. I recommend this hotel anytime except the winter. The hotel doesn't have a heater.

Location wise is excellent

I stayed in CAA Holy Sun for a night and it is located walking distance from Luohu MTR station and Lo Wu MTR station. From Luohu MTR station, go to Exit E2 and you can clearly see the hotel signboards are in everywhere. This hotel is also located next to police station so you wont be lost in direction to the hotel. As the hotel is located nearby MTR station, if you want to go Gongbei Pedestrian Street, you may take train to Laojie station (3 stations away from Luohu). Once you have arrived there, you can definitely shop till drop. You also can experience local food nearby this hotel in day time as morning market is located walking distance from the hotel. Besides location, hotel cleanliness is good. At night the hotel is quiet so I believe you can have a good night sleep after a tiring trip. The only weirdest thing of this hotel is all the shops next to it are closed or emptied. Overall, I like this hotel and will stay here whenever I visit Luohu.

Great hotel for the price

This was a great hotel for the price. The biggest downside was the quality of the Internet and wifi, which w was poor. The location is very good, the size of the rooms is pretty nice and very clean. I would recommend this hotel to anyone on a budget that doesn't require internet.

Not good for any foreigners to stay here......

My bad experience started immediately after my reservation on Expedia when I called for pick up from Air Port because it was mentioned very clearly that this hotel provide complimentary Air Port pick and drop, but when I called in they completely refuse to provide pick and drop complimentary, they said it's a mistake on Expedia website. Hotel Bell Boys said that if you want pick up we will charge 250 RMB. Then I asked one of my Chinese friend to talk to them in Chinese, then said the charges will be 180 RMB. It means their is no management kind of thing in this hotel, all employees are doing what ever they want or like. Also this hotel is impossible to locate, because it's hard to locate and even then if you reach their by taxi, then you don't know how to get in to this hotel because the Lobby of this hotel is on 5th floor, this is twin building commercial building. Moreover it says this is a 4 star hotel???? No No No....this can't be a 4 start hotel....Impossible

Great location

I was there for almost 4 weeks and found the hotel comfortable, handy to everything and there was always somebody at reception that spoke English. Breakfasts are very good and reasonably priced and there are many choices of places to dine within easy walking distance. Other meals in the hotel were average. House keeping staff were friendly and trustworthy. Overall a very good experience
