Beautiful, well-kept, cozy and spacious Shelburne home. 10 minutes from downtown Burlington. And minutes from the beauty of Lake Champlain and Shelburne farms. In addition to being centrally located for the watching of the eclipse, you can also spend your time hiking, visiting museums, breweries and vineyards, shopping in Burlington, etc.
This home has 4 bedrooms (one master with king sized bed, one with queen sized bed, one with double bed and one with twin). There is also a huge basement play space for kids but also equipped with a king size bed connected with a sectional couch. Perfect for kids to play, watch movies and have slumber parties! Fenced in backyard, perfect for dogs. TV room and library/sitting room are great for entertaining. Kitchen has all new appliances and has peninsula counter, perfect for morning coffee and breakfast. Kitchen eating nook too. Separate dining room offers formal eating area. In short, a dream house for the watching of the eclipse!
