Very friendly ,helpful and passionate staff nothing was too much trouble.Food at the restaurant was fantastic the chef should be on master chef everything cooked fresh to order. All staff should be very proud of what they are doing at this hotel. The only negative from my stay was the noise from the main road if they could have some sort of sound barrier ie extra blind and maybe think about different flooring too as this was extremely noisy from people walking about above my room.Would definitely stay here again ,would be even better if they offered breakfast thoughtout your stay as the food is exceptional.

Very nice stay at the Renishaw. Situated just off the M1 for easy access and although situated on a traffic light controlled crossroads the double glazing effectively blocked out most of the noise. The staff were very helpful, to the extent of allowing entry before the 4pm check-in time. Very good breakfast available at a reasonable price on the onsite café Will be definitely be using this hotel again

We found the hotel to be well located for our journey. We stayed in room 15 on the third floor, it looked to have been recently redecorated and to a good standard. The bed was king size and comfortable. We would happily stay there again. The staff were very helpful.

Small friendly and cheap place to stay a short distance from Sheffield. Large car park and although on main Sheffield road our room was quiet. Clean and tidy. Doesn’t provide breakfast apart from Sunday but the cafe alongside is open for breakfast and was a lovely breakfast. We also had a sandwich and salad to take away for our lunch as all so reasonably priced. The Renishaw provides breakfast on Sunday and this was lovely. The couple that own it and all the staff were very friendly and helpful telling us about how to get to places, places to visit and knowledge of local area. Not only ideal for visiting Sheffield but perfect location to visit Peak District. Just one complaint is that has lot of stairs and so when booking advisable to enquire where room is. We are hoping to return and we wish the owners good luck for the future.

Paper-thin walls, only one towel (for two people), no dining available, no decaf, awoken at 1:30am by loud late-night revellers, further awoken 7:30am by one of said revellers coughing-up his guts and clearing his throat for 20mins (- see first point). Drag bingo in the bar downstairs, but unavoidably loud when trying to sleep after a long day of work. Breakfast not included. Pleasant staff. Parking easy. Good location.

Excellent location for a wedding venue nearby a lovley welcome on arrival everything explained regards checking in and out . Room was very comfy fantastic shower and plenty of toiletries & towels provided. Has a lovley bar aswell and stayed the Saturday night and the hotel had entertainment on .thanks for a great stay .

VERY GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY

Our room was very clean and tidy and larger than we expected. The bathroom was very good and everything worked well.
