A homely and relaxing 3 bedroom property with great links to the City Centre, Peak District and numerous parks / woods. The property has been finished to a high standard and is made up of a single bedroom and two double bedrooms (each double bed can be split into two singles). There is also two sofa beds in the living and dining area. The property has one family bathroom with a separate toilet.

The property is well maintained and has pleasant views of greenery on both sides of the property. The area is nice and quiet yet still has easy access via bus, drive or taxi to the city centre and Ecclesall Road.

Disliked: Listing accuracy
Hygienically clean but very tired and in need of decoration. Very little attention to detail. The beds were uncomfortable . Although not stated there is a steep set of stairs to the entrance Host was responsive when we couldn't find a hair dryer.
