Advert says they have parking, they don't have parking and it is difficult to access via car. Staff are brilliant. Rooms run down but it is cheap

Ok but could do better

The room overlooked the Shalesmoor tram stop and a busy roundabout so there was no break from traffic noise. Given the room was stinking hot and no aircon in summer, the only way of reducing noise was closing the window. Tv not working. No kettle, felt springs from bed
