A warm welcome for guests in a peaceful house in the charming Walkley neighbourhood of Sheffield; close to the City Center, University and a short drive to the Peaks!
The space
The house is a Victorian terrace on a quiet (but steep!) street in a lovely peaceful and safe neighbourhood just outside the City Centre with all you need within walking distance. Plenty of free on street parking right outside.

Flexible & homely accommodation with two main bedrooms upstairs plus an optional additional third sleeping area in the lounge, so can accommodate 3-4 people comfortably, and up to 5-6 at a squeeze! On the first floor, the Master bedroom has a double bed and walk in wardrobe. The smaller guest room has a double bed & a further sofa bed in the lounge/third bedroom.
This is a home, rather than an off-the-peg rental so it's authentic & lived in! It's a comfortable and creative space with top drawer high speed broadband Wi-Fi internet throughout. Bands, artists & creative professionals always welcome.

A basic breakfast of cereals, bread, fruit and coffee/tea is available on a help yourself basis in the dining room for short term stays.
Guest access
You'll have exclusive use of the whole property during your stay, with the exception of the attic room, which is closed off for personal storage. Guests are welcome to make use of the garden.
