The room was horrible the curtains had stains the sofa bed was broken it was moving couldn’t sleep on it, it was that bad I had spoken to someone and she said I will speak to manager but don’t think we can do anything right now so no I would highly recommend not to stay at this hotel it looks nice from the outside but the family rooms are totally run down old dirty they can’t even wash there curtains stains all over it but disgusted to be honest they need to do better these sofa bed needs to be replaced we pay to have a extra sofa bed and then we get things like that broken sofa bed with rips in it disgusting will never be coming back to this hotel, I have spoken with hotel tried to get things sorted as I paid £100 for one night and they refused to give any type of refund or do anything about it absolutely disgusted they quick to take the money but the rooms are horrible be careful when booking this hotel especially family rooms and they are totally old backdated nasty rooms

Breakfast menu was good and always replenished. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was a good size but could do with a thorough deep clean around the toilet in particular. There was a used plaster by the television that had been missed.
