No elevator to second floor, bathroom exhaust fan vent goes straight thru to adjacent room bathroom. Needless to say you can see light and hear everything in your neighbors bathroom, and at 7:40 am, the breakfast buffet was completely empty of warm food and nobody restocking it. Only thing left was toast or bagels. Guy working behind desk said that’s all there is

I'm writing to share a few concerns about my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, one of the rooms I was assigned needed more attention. Several items were missing, and it had not been cleaned at the time it was given to me. Additionally, I was in a non-smoking room, but there were people smoking. This caused the smell of smoke to seep into the bathroom and near the sink, which was quite unpleasant and hard to sleep. I understand that running a hotel is no easy task, but I believe these issues need to be addressed to ensure all guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay and take action to improve the room conditions and enforce the non-smoking policy more strictly.

This was a very solid hotel to stay at. The property was clean, and the staff was accommodating. The breakfast selection was pretty good. The major gripe was that it's not the easiest to get to; add on the fact that there was construction on the road to the hotel and it made it more difficult. But still, don't hesitate to book a reservation here.
