Only one light in the room proper worked, and it wasn't the bulbs. The faucet dripped constantly. But the place was clean, the bed comfortable, and the staff were friendly. The ordering of breakfast before is efficient for the kitchen but not the guest-I have to make decisions the night before when and what to eat. The overall appearance of the place was fresher than last year, but needs to catch up in maintainance.

The staff have been very nice. The hotel is in a good location. It could be cleaner and there was no hot water in our shower, the handle on the facet in the shower was broken and the toilet was dirty. But the price of the rooms was reasonable.

Staff are courteous and friendly. Rates are very reasonable. Breakfast is great. The dinning area and outside seating decor is quite tasteful. Everything is kept very clean. The standard room size is on the small side and older, but location is convenient. We would upgrade to a larger room but we would stay again.

Great value! Will stay here again.

This might be the best value hotel I've every stayed at. The low price includes a free breakfast. The whole hotel appears to have been renovated recently. The room was small but in good shape and was very clean. The common areas were brightly lit, have a very modern appearance, and were spotless. Staff was friendly and helpful. I have nothing but nice things to say and look forward to coming back in the future.

We were able to stay with our two dogs. The property is newly remodeled, clean, quiet, with friendly knowledgeable staff and if you want hot breakfast you order the day before. We felt 100% comfortable with our dogs. Very close to everything. We love Manitowoc and Two River area to allow our dogs to swim. Great place to stay!
