This property is a bit tired, but the rooms are updated and relatively nice. Comfortable bed. The rates are competitive and the location cannot be beat. Definitely the best location in Manitowoc.

Main elevator was out of service. Continental breakfast was minimal & underwhelming. Comforter on bed was dirty. Room was frigid and couldn't use heater since it smelled like something burning and we couldn't ventilate the room because the windows didn't open. Sauna was out of service. Lobby, room, and pool area were otherwise clean.

We stayed here after getting off the ferry. It was fine and probably the best option for walking around the area. They are very clear about not offering breakfast so I knew we’d need to go out if we wanted to eat. I’d stay here again if I wanted to visit the area. The area just doesn’t have much to offer except the museum.

I was really happy with this hotel! The bed and pillows were really comfortable - lots of full size pillows lol! Nice waterfront location on the marina, walking paths & a couple restaurants within a few minutes. Since it was summer I went to the beautiful local beaches & did not use the pool or hot tub. I did skip the continental breakfast & opted for the brunch place one block away. Parking was great. They could clean up the exterior doorways as there are a lot of spiderwebs on the outside in the summer - like lots! Overall, really enjoyed my stay!
