For a quick stay it was ok. Property is on the older side and could use some updating. You can tell its age. Dining area for breakfast was very small, not family friendly. Food was good but options could have been better. Disappointed that they only offer waffles on the weekend, that should be offered all the time. Breakfast burritos were advertised but no where to be found either day. Overall it was just ok.

checkin was awesome person at desk was very helpful The room was on the 1st floor, not far away. It was clean although I noticed a musty smell. Bed was comfortable although when you moved on it, it made a strange tin-like noise. EXTREMELY noisy while trying to sleep, people talkin very loud- we could hear chatter most all night long. Someone had their TV on all night long also. Just very hard to sleep because of all the noise. Breakfast was just OK Pepole working at breakfast bar was very friendly and kept it clean and filled

This is the place i stay at when i come to Shawano. It's located in a good location and yet a quiet location too. My only complaint was that the room was a little musty and felt damp

The front desks person was very nice. When we got into the room the main light did not work. Only the bathroom and one little light worked. There was a stinky smell in the room as well. The bed was comfortable but made a noise in a bar under the bed when turning in bed. Then the next day the bathroom light went out. We also had to kill a bee in the bathroom and there was a dead one in there as well.

It was just ok

The handicap doors were not very good. It didn’t stay open long enough for a walker to go through and the step up made it even harder. We had to get the pillow and bedding for the pull down couch which should have been assumed when 3 adults were to check in.

WORSE experience here this year!! Dusty dirty room, smells disgusting so humid in the room. Our Toilet and shower bad tub water doesn’t drain! Let front desk know he came back with plunger for us to do it!!!.. said housekeeping will get here until 10:30am and to wait for MANAGER to let them know ! We Left hoping our room would be clean housekeeping NEVER went in to clean our room… asked for more towels as they only provided us with two towels for 4 people the front desk guy was RUDE!! And said I had to bring the towels I had back down so he can replace them.. but couldn’t provide us with 2 more!! As we paid for a two bed room 3 night!!!! Waited for managers to arrive later in the day for her to be so RUDE! And not care that I told her our room was never cleaned and couldn’t provide us with more than 2 towels! She showed me a piece of paper and said their housekeeping people wrote DONE!! So that meant our room was clean ! “She only said I need to talk to them”And said and so WHAT you need more towels and rolled her eyes manager was so UNPROFESSIONAL !!! Our garbage and room was never cleaned

Many improvements are being made but more to go someone was running upstairs in a room back and forth again this time no clue if it is a worker or someone living there but could not sleep between 12:30 pm-2:30am

Shawano visit

Great location for my trip, friendly staff, nice breakfast included. The walls were a little thin so I could hear outside noises but not many people in the rooms near mine so I didn’t hear many other guests. Rooms could use an airing out, a little stale smelling but beds were comfortable enough.
