Don't forget to pack your hiking shoes and sunscreen as the gleaming shoreline of Shaver Lake is only 10 minutes away. When you aren't busy swimming, fishing, kayaking, or boating - head for the community's shared tennis court or basketball court. During your exploration of the area check out China Peak Ski Resort, the Museum of the Sierra, Balsam Meadows Sno-Park, McKinley Grove, and neighboring Fresno.

Boasting 2,800 sq ft of living space, your comfort is key. At the heart of the home, the living room's stone fireplace is ideal for enjoying cups of hot cocoa and movies around. Whereas the chef's kitchen radiantly gleams with its granite countertops, updated appliances, and spacious breakfast bar. When mealtime rolls around, dine family style at the formal dining table, or eat with a view on the home's expansive deck - equipped with a gas grill. Cozy comfort is abundant in all three bedrooms. Through exploring the rest of this home you will find a family room complete with a foosball table, and a laundry room.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
