UPON THIS ROCK Cabin at Shaver Lake is a split level 2,100 square foot cabin is built on a giant granite boulder in the middle of two lots with a wrap around deck that has forest views. The deck has lots of dining area and a gas BBQ (not available in winter).
The cabin gives a very warm and open feeling with its vaulted ceilings and is perfect for those large family gatherings.
Cabin has 3 bathrooms, 5 bedrooms -- 4 bedrooms with King size beds and 1 bedroom with a Queen bed and 2 twins. Other amenities include Fireplace, Pool Table, TV's, DVD’s, family and kid movies. There are also several games and puzzles. Washer and dryer available. Kitchen has side by side refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee makers, blender, toaster and full kitchen. Cabin features new Anlin dual pane windows. There is easy access with lots of parking and a horseshoe driveway.
Make yourself comfortable in this vacation home, which features a fireplace and a Smart TV. There's a private balcony. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. “Upon This Rock” in Shaver Lake has been the perfect winter home for our group for the past 7 years now. We choose to book here year after year as the house is set up perfectly for multiple families to stay together while still having space between them. The hosts are very responsive and very accomodating in any way they can be. This year we were fortunate enough to be there during a massive winter snow and just sitting in the living room watching the snow fall and pile on the deck was just so peaceful. While most of Shaver Lake was without power on and off this week because of the storm, We only lost power intermittently and the wood stove and ample supply of firewood kept us warm even with no power.
