My partner and I absolutely loved staying here and we will definitely return the next time we plan a trip out here. The room was clean and cozy. The place was relatively easy to find, parking was easy and convenient. Breakfast in the morning was a nice bonus, they even had a nice coffee bar with oat milk cream which I thought was so thoughtful! We honestly had no complaints.

What a beautiful cozy comfortable room! The breakfast was wonderful too! The bed was amazing, and the Sugar Pine room was perfect- beautiful wood paneling and decor. It was a dream room. The lodge is historical and wonderfully maintained! Close to skiing at China peak! Great stay❤️

The Sequoia Suite was very nice. The room was nicely decorated, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was a good size with stand up shower and tub. The pillows were a little uncomfortable. One was thicker than the other and very dense. More pillow options would be helpful. We never saw a staff member or talked to anyone. There wasn't a place to check-in when we arrived. I was texted a code for getting into our room. Also, they advertise that breakfast is included with the room, but it was little more than a few muffins or toast and coffee/tea. The food options were pretty sparse! We ended up going out to breakfast every day since we were hiking each day we were there.

No staff. Very private. Our room had all amenities and the breakfast room was well stocked. We were really happy with the accommodations. One caveat was the walls were thin. Fortunately the people above us were quiet. What a beautiful place, we would definitely stay again!

Very clean and welcoming. Parking was great. There are several steps going down a hill to get to the room, but it was no problem for me. Centrally located to places to eat, shopping, etc. Will definitely stay here again.
