We came up from Long Island to visit and celebrate with relatives and rented this lovely home. Dealing with the owner Sonia was smooth and easy. The house is immaculate and inviting. The decor is tasteful, cool and airy with lovely plants scattered throughout the house. The beds are comfortable, even the bunk beds. The kitchen is new and well equipped. Sonia had coffees and teas for use, and mints and chocolates. The outdoor soaking tub and the shower was fantastic! The property is bucolic. We had our dogs with us and the fields and the freshly cut paths were heaven. The pool table and darts in the bar downstairs was so much fun. We highly recommend this VRBO. Would return in a heartbeat. !

Great experience

Very nice updated house, clean and relaxing. Had a great stay over Christmas, enjoyed the pool table. Host was great, answered any questions. Great location, no close neighbors, works definitely consider booking again!!

Perfect family weeks

This is an amazing property! An absolutely beautiful and peaceful setting with an equally amazing house! We had a wonderful weekend together sitting on the porch, walking the fields and having fires. Lots of beautiful scenery and surprise visits from many deer and turkey!

Peaceful Property

Booked this location for a last minute trip to Cooperstown and was very happy with the decision. A beautiful property in a very peaceful area. The entire upstairs (kitchen, dining area, living room, bathroom and main bedroom) looked entirely brand new. A nice large outdoor deck with seating to enjoy. Nice walking trails and we even woke up to a couple of deer eating fallen apples from the tree about 20 feet from the house.
