Everything at this hotel was amazing. If you’re booking one of the A La Carte restaurants, the Waterfall restaurant (Mongolian) is a good pick. The staff were amazing especially M Hamdi who works in the buffet and also Mohammed, they made me and my family feel very welcome. The food at the buffet was great all around for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Only thing that would make this hotel even better is if it had a smart TV in the rooms in order to watch Netflix , YouTube etc. This is definitely a hotel I would recommend to all .

The property itself was great. Huge area, multiple pools and restaurants, loads of activities and a great beach ! The rooms were clean and the staff were extremely helpful especially the lifeguards. They accommodated our request to move rooms as well so that we could be closer to the main building. Would definitely recommend

All the pools were really lovely and clean, the staff were all very friendly, the food was pretty much what you expect from an all inclusive but I will say the lunch at the Baslico was particularly good. It was good that most of the restaurants were included in the all inclusive, overall great stay and would recommend.

We stayed for a week in one of the rooms looking over the Red Sea in the Posh Club. The room was spotless and spacious. The staff were fantastic in every respect. We enjoyed all of the restaurants. The transfers to and from the airport were flawless. The laundry service was outstanding. We definitely would love to come back. Thanks to Hanna, Hassan and many others who made the stay special. The Spa and message therapy was also wonderful.

I arrived at mid night, paid for posh club, but I don’t really think it was worth it When I arrived and tried to sleep, I checked the sheets they were dirty, I immediately contacted room service, it was pretty late so I asked if they could come first thing in the morning, I had to wait until 10 am next day and look for room service myself I also asked for the room to be cleaned up as the floor had sand, during my whole stay it was the same and it was very uncomfortable to walk like that. Another recommendation - DO NOT USE HOTEL SHUTTLES - they were trying to sell me and over priced shuttle to farsha cafe for 50 USD, I ended up doing an I drive trip for 8$ the round trip.
